Process.
Every winter I’m big on making paper snowflakes. I cut tons of them. This year I decided to turn them into ornaments as Christmas gifts for friends.
First I cut a few different designs, then I scanned them into the computer and traced them in Illustrator. I printed and rubber cemented the patterns to my sheet metal, cut along the lines with my jeweler’s saw, and refinished each shape with files and sandpaper. Voila!
